Interesting charts.Questions are the usual mixed issue (sex, drugs, and rock-and-roll) screening type questions. crimes falsify application drugs alcohol workplace thefts CVOS, which I think may not have been completed as the first chart.

Chooey, Since I don't know which questions were asked at which locations this is just a guess.I'm thinking you probably got admissions on a couple of relevant questions which the applicant also lied about on the application. ------------------ Ex scientia veritas IP: Logged |

My overall impression is that he was a bit more disruptive during the test than would seem warranted from a truthful applicant who wants a job.r ------------------ "Gentlemen, you can't fight in here. This is the war room." --(Stanley Kubrick/Peter Sellers - Dr. Strangelove, 1964)

FYI CVOS #5 is dy answer everything truthfully and #6 is dy try to manipulate or defeat the test.Everything on this test was TGTBT especially on the CQ's...plus the high GSR doesn't relfect in any other channel. Plus I observed him doing something with his mouth and fingers. Additionally this guy took proponolol before the test to reduce his cardio. He denied attempting CM's but admitted while obtaining his MASTERS he went to a 2 week FBI training...so he knows a little about polys. MY belief is that he was trying to screw up the entire test on the advice of GM.

I don't understand. He admitted taking propranolol to reduce his cardio for the test but then denied using countermeasures? Isn't taking the drug for that purpose a CM?------------------ Ex scientia veritas IP: Logged |

I agree. He admitted the propanolol during the background data. A doctor apparently prescribed him this med to take before his interviews/tests (including FBI). I told him I didn't like that but would leave it to the BI/agency to review. I decided to run him anyway to see what the charts looked like and if he would do additional CM's. So, yes I agree that was a CM. I didn't call it a CM up front because I wanted to see what would happen during the test. FYI: he didn't get hired. IP: Logged |
